Welcome

Mind, body and soul, cared for together

Phoenix Rising Integrative Wellness brings evidence-informed psychiatric care together with the parts of life that shape mental health: sleep, nutrition, movement, meaning and connection. Care begins by telehealth, with a longer-term vision of an in-person wellness center.

Every plan is individualized and trauma-informed. Your goals, history, preferences and values stay at the center of every decision. Rebuilding is possible, and you do not have to do it alone.

What Integrative Care Can Include

Clinical care with Davina Davlin, MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, offered by telehealth beginning 2027.

Psychiatric evaluation & diagnosis

A thorough, unhurried assessment of your history, symptoms, strengths and goals. Together we build a clear, shared understanding of what you are experiencing, with a diagnosis when appropriate.

Medication management

Collaborative, evidence-informed medication care. Benefits, risks and alternatives are explained plainly, decisions are made together, and your plan is revisited over time.

Psychotherapy & therapy

Supportive, skills-based space to process experiences, heal and build tools for daily life, shaped around what you want from care, as offered by the practice.

Integrative psychiatry

Sleep, mindfulness, lifestyle and supplements when appropriate, carefully considered alongside conventional treatment, including safety and medication interactions.

Movement & fitness

Individualized movement plans for every age, body and ability, including adaptive options for chronic pain, physical limitations and beginners.

Nutrition support

Practical guidance on how food, routine and daily habits influence mood, energy and focus, as part of whole-person care.

Our philosophy

The Phoenix Journey

An original metaphor for recovery, inspired by the Phoenix. Four interconnected elements that overlap and return, rather than steps to complete in order.

Fire · Recognition

Identifying what is burning in our lives, including trauma, grief, addiction, emotional distress, dysfunction, destructive patterns, harmful behaviors, and circumstances beyond our control.

Embers · What We Carry

The memories, regrets, grief, lessons, love, and reminders that remain. Some embers continue to hurt; others eventually provide warmth, connection, and wisdom. Not everything we carry is meant to be put down.

Ashes · Repair and Responsibility

Addressing the practical aftermath of the fire: making amends where appropriate, repairing relationships, fixing finances, rebuilding stability, restoring trust, and addressing consequences. People who have been harmed are not responsible for the harm done to them.

Rising · Healing and Transformation

The ongoing work of healing, changing behaviors, developing self-worth, establishing boundaries, learning healthier ways of living, and continuing to grow.

These elements overlap. They are not numbered steps or a required progression.

Rising isn’t something you do once.

Sometimes we inherit a neglected garden. Sometimes someone else damages it. And sometimes, we’re the ones who haven’t given it the care it needs.

Regardless of how our garden came to be, we can learn to tend it. We can nurture what is growing, pull the weeds that hold us back, and create space for something beautiful to emerge.

Like the caterpillar that transforms into a butterfly, we already carry within us the potential to become something extraordinary—to spread our wings, rise beyond what once confined us, and soar toward who we were always meant to be.

Because healing isn’t about creating a perfect life or getting everything we want. It’s about becoming more fully ourselves, finding meaning in what life brings, and learning to grow even when the circumstances around us don’t change.

Meet Your Clinician

Davina Davlin, MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner · Practice launch planned for 2027

I’m Davina Davlin, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing that spans more than 17 years of hospice care. My experiences have shaped how I understand emotional suffering, resilience, relationships, grief, and the many ways people navigate life’s challenges.

I believe mental health care should be about more than identifying symptoms and prescribing medication. It should also help people understand themselves, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical ways to create the lives they want to live.

My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with compassion, collaboration, and attention to the whole person. I recognize that emotional well-being is connected to physical health, relationships, lifestyle, personal experiences, and the things that give our lives meaning.

I am particularly passionate about trauma recovery, addiction and recovery, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and the mental health challenges associated with perimenopause and menopause.

At Phoenix Rising Integrative Wellness, my goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate in their own care. I don’t believe people need to be broken to benefit from support, growth, or change. Sometimes the journey is about healing. Sometimes it’s about discovering new possibilities. And sometimes it’s simply about learning to enjoy the life we’re already living.
